Beautifully Made Online Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery: For 1st class orders within the U.K we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days but please allow for longer if you make an order just before or on a weekend and during holiday times. There are some postcodes, usually in very remote areas where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time scale. For special delivery orders within the U.K it is next day guarantee from Mon- Fri excluding weekends and holiday times.
For orders to the U.S.A please allow minimum 5-6 days.
For orders outside the U.K and U.S.A please allow minimum 3-10 days.
Postage: For the U.K the price stated for posting is by 1st class and Special Delivery. You can opt for the cheaper postage option of 1st class for £3.71 In UK. however, Beautifully Made cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post if not posted by special delivery. Please also be aware that the cheaper option will often mean that the item takes slightly longer than the estimated time to arrive within.
To U.S.A, Europe and the rest of the world there is one price of £15.00. Post to the U.S.A will be sent by Air shore. Post outside the U.K and the U.S.A will be sent internationally signed for.

If you are not satisfied with your product after you have received it you can return it for a full refund (excluding delivery/ postage charges)
- Products being returned need to be done within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Products being returned need to be done so with the packaging it arrived in, with all tickets and tags still in place and the product unused & undamaged.
- Faulty items need to be returned within 28 days of receiving the product.
- Items sold for a lower cost as ‘seconds’ (often produced by trainees within a programme) are non refundable.
Please be aware that Beautifully Made products are made hand- made not mass produced. Therefore, there can often be slight variations in size and colour to the original picture. This is not considered to be a faulty item. When there is a significant alteration to the original they are usually sold off as seconds.
